There are currently 83 Pickleball courts in Williamsburg and James City County, a combination of public outdoor courts, public and commercially operated indoor courts, including 64 private courts in 25 different homeowner associations. OPEN PLAY
VETERANS PARK is the epicenter for public open play in the Williamsburg area, Players from beginners to 4.0 regularly play here, in the mornings until about 11am and in the evenings from about 5pm.
Number of courts: 8, all with lights.
Hours: 7am-10pm seven days a week.
Cost: Free.

WISC is a privately owned indoor sports complex, open to the public. There are three indoor courts using temporary nets. Activity is intermittent but popular especially on bad weather days. The best bet is to coordinate with others to play here rather than counting on drop-ins.

Cost: $5 daily fee for non-members.

Quarterpath Park Recreation Center has a maximum of six temporary indoor courts, but it is more common to have three, Activity is intermittent. The best bet is to coordinate with others to play rather than counting on drop-ins. Quarterpath is a facility of the city of Williamsburg.
Number of Courts: 3 or 6, depending on other activities (indoors)
Hours: Mon, Wed, Fri 8am-12:30pm; Tue, Thu 10am-12:30pm. Hours can vary so call to verify hours: 757-259-3760.
Cost: $2 daily fee.
